NEW COLLECTION – 14 DAY RETURNS

We accept returns on full-price items from our New Collection within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unused and in their original condition.

• All original tags and hygiene protection stickers must remain attached and intact.

• Swimwear must be tried on over underwear.

• Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

ARCHIVE SALE – FINAL SALE

All Archive Sale purchases are final sale.

Archive Sale items are offered at specially reduced prices and are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind, except where required by law.

Please check your size and product details carefully before purchasing.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

Please securely package your item, including your order number and name, and send it to:

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable except where required by law.
